WE ARE LOOKING FULL TIME QUALIFIED EARLY YEARS STAFF - BABIES & TODDLERS

MIN Level 3 Early Years Educator for this position ( sorry no Health & Social Care)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their development through engaging activities. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage daily nursery operations while providing exceptional childcare.

Duties

Create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development. Supervise children during their play, ensuring a safe and supportive environment is maintained. Be a great Play Buddy, friend & role model. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organised nursery space that is conducive to learning. Work together to collectively provide the mindful adults of the 'Leap Ahead Family'

Skills

Strong background in Early Childhood Education & relevant qualifications in childcare. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences. Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks effectively. A genuine passion for working with children and contributing positively to their growth.
