Job Summary:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative and talented Nursery Practitioner with a passion for childcare and drive to part of a friendly small team.
We ask that you have a least a Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare plus 1 years practical experience working with 0 - 3 yrs. Stable shift pattern based on a maximum of 40 hours a week. We will offer a friendly, positive, working environment, support and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise your experience in childcare to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
- Manage daily nursery operations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery's practices and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting is essential
- Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,062.00-27,393.00 per year
