Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. as a bank worker to cover training, holidays, sick leave etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's emotional and social development. Maintain accurate records of children's development and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies at all times. Support the management team in leading the nursery staff and contributing to the overall success of the nursery.

Requirements

Must have knowledge of Safeguarding, Health & Safety. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., Level 3 or above). Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
Pay: 12.21 per hour
