What You'll Do:

Create Magic Every Day:

Be the fairy godparent of little ones! Care for children from 6 months to 5 years and help them grow, learn, and explore in the most magical way.

Be Part of a Fabulous Team:

Join a team of passionate childcare heroes! Work together to build a space where children feel safe, valued, and ready to conquer the world.

Deliver Exceptional Early Years Education:

Turn playtime into learning time! Create exciting, age-appropriate experiences that will have children engaged, laughing, and discovering new things every day.

Champion Safeguarding:

Be the child's safety superhero! Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to make sure our little adventurers are always protected.

Lead by Example:

Show the little ones how it's done! Be a role model of kindness, empathy, and fun, supporting their emotional and social growth every step of the way.

Promote Inclusion:

Help every child feel like they belong. Create a diverse and inclusive environment where all kids can shine, no matter their background or needs.

Nurture Partnerships:

Build strong bonds with children and their families. As a key person, you'll be their go-to for support, planning, and helping them grow in their own unique ways.

Keep Things Clean & Safe:

Keep the nursery a safe, hygienic, and fun playground for kids to explore and learn - from tidy toys to sparkling spaces!

Grow with Us:

Keep the excitement going! Stay ahead with professional development and contribute to the nursery's success while you continue to evolve in your role.

What We're Looking For:

? A DfE approved Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification
? A passion for early years education, play, and creativity
? A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
? Team spirit and a can-do attitude
? A desire to learn, grow, and develop
