Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood development and creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
Responsibilities
Implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities Providing a safe and secure environment for children to explore and learn Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress and well-being Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery Demonstrating leadership skills in guiding and managing children's behaviour
Experience
Previous experience working in a nursery setting is essential Possess relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise children effectively
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
