Job Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join a busy, friendly nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development, creating a safe, stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide excellent care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that support children's development. Observe, assess, and record children's progress, working with the team to plan next steps. Foster positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child's journey. Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team, sharing ideas and best practices. Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times. Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A warm, caring personality with a genuine love for working with young children. Commitment to providing outstanding care and supporting children's individual needs.
