What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting children's development through play-based, EYFS-aligned learning Acting as a key person and building meaningful relationships with families Helping to set up and lead engaging activities, indoors and outdoors Encouraging exploration, creativity, and independence Supporting the care, safety, and wellbeing of children at all times Collaborating with your room team to create a positive, respectful environment Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) A genuine passion for working with young children An interest in outdoor learning or forest school principles Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding A warm, reliable, and enthusiastic team player Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
