Key responsibilities

Maintain high standards of care and education, providing a warm, nurturing environment for all children Act as key carer for designated children, supporting their individual needs Plan and prepare activities that encourage learning, development, and creativity Support the Team/Room Leader in managing daily routines and operations Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Mentor and support students or less experienced staff where needed
About you

Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (or above) Committed to delivering safe, engaging, and high-quality childcare Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic Strong team player with good communication skills
