Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, ensuring their safety and development while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and well-being. Support the management team in maintaining a safe, clean, and organised environment. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early education.

Experience

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with children and parents. Demonstrated ability to manage groups of children while providing individual attention as needed. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members. A genuine drive to support children's learning and development within a nursery environment.

Pay: 22,880.00-23,645.00 per year
