We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their early development and learning. Duties
Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children in accordance with early childhood education standards.
Supervise children during play, meal times, and organised activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Foster a warm and inclusive environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop programmes that promote learning through play.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Assist with organising outings or trips, including driving when necessary.
Manage daily administrative tasks related to childcare operations.

Qualifications
Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Good understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
Strong communication skills
Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
Warm, caring, and reliable approach to working with children
