Key Responsibilities
Deliver and uphold the Nannie Annies curriculum, vision, and values in daily practice
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding and child welfare procedures are rigorously upheld
Produce high-quality child development reports and contribute to planning and assessment
Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and reflective practice
What You Bring
Proven experience working with children in an early years setting
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
A genuine passion for teaching, learning, and child development
A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
