Main Duties
To assist in the delivery of high quality childcare and education by:
Supporting to provide a happy, safe, secure and stimulating environment that promotes the development of confidence, independence and self esteem for all children.
Meeting the social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs of the children within your care.
Contributing to planning systems relating to activities for children and their families.
Keeping clear and concise records of children's achievements and work with families,
Acting as a keyworker, providing professional support to parents , carers and children and maintaining individual care and development plans.
Working as part of a team to ensure high standards of care and maintaining and identifying areas for continued improvement, including working with outside agencies.
Being accountable to room leads and wonder management team for daily operational activities and responding positively to their direction and leadership.
