We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our nurturing team. Responsibilities



Provide high-quality care for babies in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early learning and development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Manage daily routines, including feeding, changing, and nap times, while maintaining a calm atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment that fosters leadership and professional growth. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the baby room, ensuring all equipment is safe and suitable for use. Drive initiatives that support the emotional and social development of each child in your care.

Experience



Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is

essential

. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is highly

essential.

Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide less experienced staff members when necessary. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth is crucial for success in this role.
