What You'll Do:

Forest-Led Learning:

Embrace the Forest Schools ethos, planning and delivering nature-inspired activities that nurture children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development amidst the great outdoors.

Nature's Playground:

Create a safe and stimulating environment within our outdoor setting, where children can freely explore, discover, and learn from the wonders of nature.

Build Natural Bonds:

Foster meaningful connections with children, parents, and our passionate team, cultivating a supportive Forest Schools community.

Celebrate Nature's Milestones:

Observe and document each child's journey of growth and discovery, celebrating their unique progress and achievements.

Collaborate & Innovate:

Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate nature-based learning into our curriculum, sparking a lifelong love for the environment and learning.

What You'll Bring:

Passion & Experience:

While experience in Early Years or an outdoor education setting is beneficial, a genuine love for nature and a desire to inspire children through outdoor exploration are essential.

Nature Know-How:

An understanding of nature-based learning principles and practices, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team Spirit:

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to contribute creatively to our team's success while embracing the Forest Schools ethos.

Qualifications:

This position requires you to have a Level 3+ in Early Years (or equivalent). If you do not have a qualification in Forest Schools, you will have the opportunity to do so with us!
