Job Description
Bright Starts Nursery in Blantyre is looking for a caring, confident, and qualified Nursery Practitioner (SVQ Level 3 / HNC in Childcare or above) to join our dedicated team. We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for early years who can create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and supported in their development. The ideal candidate will be confident in planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with Curriculum for Excellence, HGIOELC, and Health and Social Care Standards. You'll be expected to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, while maintaining high standards of care, supervision, and safety. A strong understanding of child protection procedures, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
