What You'll Be Doing

Providing exceptional daily care to children aged 0-5, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met with warmth and consistency Creating a calm, engaging and developmentally appropriate environment Supporting babies' exploration, independence, and confidence through sensory-rich, outdoor and indoor activities Communicating closely with parents and carers, forming trusted partnerships from day one Working collaboratively with your team and showing initiative in daily practice

What We're Looking For

A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years experience in a baby room or under-2s environment A calm, nurturing presence and a genuine love for working with little ones A strong team player who is dependable, reflective, and proactive A commitment to high standards of care and professional growth
For the right candidate, additional responsibilities and pay progression will be available over time, with full support from our management team.
