Your Role:

Uphold the highest standards of quality in the nursery, ensuring the environment, resources, and activities are engaging and educational for the children. Take on

key carer duties

for designated children, ensuring their individual needs are met. Lead and facilitate

stimulating activities

that match the developmental stages of the children. Help prepare and guide activities that support children's learning and growth. Step in to manage the nursery environment effectively in the absence of the Team or Room Leader. Ensure the nursery operates in compliance with the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

guidelines. Provide guidance and support to students and less experienced staff, ensuring the delivery of outstanding childcare practices.
Requirements:

Level 3 or above qualification

in Early Years Education or equivalent Proven experience in a childcare setting, with an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively A commitment to continuous professional development
