Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development Observe, assess, and document children's progress regularly Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Collaborate with colleagues and maintain effective communication with parents and carers
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare/Early Years Education Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting Strong understanding of child development and EYFS standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering quality care
