In 2021 we opened our nursery provision - Little Gleddings that is operational 50 weeks a year from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm for children aged 6 months - 3 years. We have increased the number of children in our setting, and therefore, we are looking for qualified and experienced Level 3 nursery practitioner to join our supportive and imaginative team of professionals.

The successful candidate will be experienced in keeping records of each child's development and learning journey and information will be shared with parents/carer on a daily basis. You will be expected to plan activities or any support required for a child's next steps using observations and communication with the relevant parent/carer. You must have an understanding of the importance of nurture and its place in a child's development.

You should have:

significant experience of working as a nursery nurse have a nursery nurse qualification at Level 3 (Minimum) or equivalent and trained in paediatric first aid can demonstrate a good understanding of how children learn have an outstanding record in working as part of a team have a good understanding of Ofsted requirements and excellent skills in implementing safeguarding processes
