Key Responsibilities
Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
Work in partnership with parents/carers and the wider team
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times
Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in an early years or nursery setting (essential)
Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo one)
