Your Daily Impact:

Create meaningful learning opportunities through play-based and structured activities Observe and assess children's development, contributing to learning journals and planning Provide a warm, safe and stimulating environment, ensuring every child feels seen and supported Collaborate with colleagues and parents to strengthen the nursery community Support key children as a designated practitioner, developing strong bonds and individualized care

You'll Bring:

A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential) A proactive attitude with a commitment to safeguarding and child welfare Excellent communication and teamwork skills Confidence in child development observations and planning A passion for creating joyful and educational moments
