Role Overview:

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery team. In this role, you'll provide a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their growth, learning, and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework. Plan and carry out engaging activities that promote children's development and interests. Observe and assess each child's progress, recording and sharing information with colleagues and parents. Create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's experiences. Work effectively as part of the nursery team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care. Follow all safeguarding and nursery policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting. A good understanding of the EYFS and child development. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children. A commitment to providing the highest standards of care and learning.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
