Cradle-Hall Nursery are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. This role involves creating a nurturing learning environment for children, promoting their development through play.

The successful candidate will:

Provide high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-5 years. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Plan and implement engaging experiences that promote children's learning and development. Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to track their progress and development. Support children in developing their independence, resilience and social skills through play. Collaborate with other staff members to create a harmonious nursery environment that encourages teamwork and leadership.

Requirements

SVQ3 or HNC in childcare Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting is desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to engage effectively with children and parents. A genuine passion for working with children and contributing positively to their learning and development.
