Key responsibilities

Maintain high standards of care and education, ensuring a stimulating environment for all children Act as key carer for designated children, supporting their individual needs Plan and prepare activities that promote learning, development, and engagement Support the Team/Room Leader in managing daily routines and operations Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Mentor and support students or less experienced staff where needed
About you

Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification Committed to delivering safe, engaging, and high-quality childcare Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic Strong team player with good communication skills
