The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. Your leadership skills will help guide and support both children and fellow staff members in their development.
Duties
Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development across various areas.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and physical growth.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the nursery environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team atmosphere.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Experience
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the nursery experience for both children and staff.
