Job Opportunities: Nursery Practitioners (Level 3 or Level 2)

Ducklings Childcare - Pre-School Room

We're on the lookout for brilliant, energetic, and slightly glitter-proof Nursery Practitioners to join our Ducklings family.

Available Positions:

2 x Full-Time Practitioners

-- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

1 x Part-Time Practitioner

-- Monday & Tuesday, 7:30am - 5:30pm

About the Role:

At Ducklings Childcare, working in our Pre-School room means every day is an adventure. You'll be finger painting, den building, story telling, glitter sweeping (so much glitter...), and most importantly, helping children grow into confident, curious little learners.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

Leading messy play that looks chaotic to grown-ups but is secretly EYFS learning gold. Reading The Gruffalofor the 47th time this week with Oscar-worthy enthusiasm. Mastering the fine art of pouring 10 cups of milk without spilling a drop (bonus points if you can open bananas one-handed). Being a safe, loving, reliable grown-up for children who think you're basically magic.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 (or Level 2 with experience) qualification in Early Years. Someone who believes in curiosity-led learning -- and isn't afraid to get muddy knees. A calm, kind professional who understands that every scraped knee or wobbly goodbye is part of a bigger journey. A team player who brings warmth, humour, and maybe a good biscuit supply.
