We are looking for an energetic and reliable Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or higher) and have a strong enthusiasm for supporting children's all-round development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities that encourage development, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Foster a safe, kind, and inclusive space where children feel secure and respected.
Observe and track children's progress, maintaining detailed records and sharing updates with parents and carers.
Promote children's emotional, social, and personal development, encouraging compassion and positive relationships.
Collaborate actively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and outstanding learning environment.
Build close, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
Adhere to all safeguarding and health and safety regulations and practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or above) is essential.
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Passionate about early childhood education and child growth.
Willingness to take part in continued professional development.
