Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner

to join our dedicated and friendly team.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework Plan and lead engaging activities that support children's development across all areas Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Observe and document children's progress Work collaboratively to support continuous improvement

Requirements

_

Essential:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent) A passion for working with children and promoting child development Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding training

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to 27,872 per year (depending on experience) 30 days holiday including bank holidays (2 days above industry standard), increasing annually for the first two years
