We're a friendly and experienced recruitment agency offering flexible nursery roles in Chelmsford and nearby areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build confidence, and make a real difference within Early Years settings.

Requirements:

Have relevant experience within the Education sector.

Must have a clear understanding of Safeguarding, FGM, and Prevent, or be willing to obtain relevant training prior to beginning work.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and ideally hold a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.

Responsibilities:

Keeping children safe and ensuring all their needs are met.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff members, parents, and children.

Always promote and support diversity in all settings you enter.

Be willing to travel to other settings when necessary.

Pay: 12.21-14.55 per hour
