Nursery Practitioner Level 3


We are looking for fun-loving, hard-working, dedicated practitioners who have (preferably but not necessarily) previous experience working at early years sector who would be interested to join our friendly team

We are aiming to get the right candidates to join our teams.

Candidates who will be considered will need to have:

Level 2 or 3 childcare qualified

GCSE or Equivalent Maths and English Pass

DBS enhanced clearance

Good level of the English language (both written and verbal)

Have good knowledge and awareness of safeguarding children.

Good level of understanding of working around young children.

You will need to:

Build strong relationships with parents and other staff members Good level of understanding skill. Be able to work as a team or individually at times. Be well organized. Plan and implement the daily routine in the room Able to adapt to unexpected changes in an excellent manner. Able to accept duties of order from manager willingly. Attend monthly staff meetings Be aware of nursery standards and policies and make sure they are met Be key worker of a group of children and take responsibility for their records, learning and general care. Have a strong level of creativity,and are able to keep our children look forward to something new everyday.

The key day-to-day tasks include:

Plan and prepare fun daily activities meeting the curriculum planning according to EYFS To take observations on your key children ensuring confidentiality Changing nappies or toileting, tidying room and cleaning equipment To ensure all children are happy and well cared for and their individual needs are being met. Work according to the rota for the day.
