Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care for babies in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs

Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working with babies in a nursery setting (desirable)
A calm, caring, and patient nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Assisting with daily administrative tasks related to childcare documentation.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
Strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and team members effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Childcare qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent are preferred.
Experience with nursery management systems is advantageous.
Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving transportation or outings.
