Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced early years professional who is:
Level 3 qualified in Early Years (full and relevant)
Experienced in a children's day nursery setting
Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
Knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection procedures
Passionate about building strong, positive relationships with children and families
Excited about helping establish outstanding practice in a newly opened nursery
Committed to providing high?quality, child-led care and education
Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Act as a Key Person, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
Plan and deliver engaging, age?appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Help create and maintain a safe, inclusive and inspiring nursery environment
Support Ofsted standards and take an active role in shaping the nursery as it grows
Contribute to establishing routines, best practice and a warm team culture
