Nursery:

Wildflowers Montessori Nursery and Preschool

Salary:

28,496 - 29,250 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Nursery open 8:00am-5:50pm. You will be required to work 4 days in the working week.

Location:

St Matthew's Harwell, Church Hall, The Park, Harwell, Didcot, OX11 0HD

Contract:

Full-time | Permanent | Fixed-term contracts also considered

The Role



We're seeking a passionate, experienced Level 3 Practitioner to join our growing team.

You'll:

Ensure robust safeguarding practices at all times Support daily nursery operations and maintain key documentation Contribute to staff training, development, and team wellbeing Build strong, respectful relationships with families and our local community Champion our Montessori-inspired and eco-conscious ethos in everyday care and education

What We're Looking For



A strong, confident, and caring personality is a must - we pride ourselves on creating a healthy, supportive environment for both children and staff.

A

full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

Experience as a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner Montessori experience or training (desirable) A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices in early years Confident safeguarding knowledge Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues A kind, caring, and hardworking attitude Experience of participating in a regulatory inspection leading to a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcome
