We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and inspirational individual with genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs, to join our 'Stand Farm' team. You will be expected to form strong bonds with children and their families.
You will follow nursery routine to ensure the smooth day to day running of the nursery, working together with the team to provide high quality care for all children.
You must have a solid knowledge and understanding of the eyfs framework and use this, with your experience and imagination to provide age related, exciting activities and experiences.
You will observe, track and plan for each of your key children weekly, ensuring that the children have fun whilst being sensitive and attentive to their individual needs.
You will be aware of and adhere to all current legislation, policies and procedures.
You will agree to actively participate at team meetings and training.
