This isn't just a job -- it's a chance to help shape the future. At the heart of our setting is a team united by a bold, shared purpose: to inspire, uplift and empower every child who walks through our doors. We're more than colleagues -- we're a family who lift each other higher, champion growth, and believe in the magic of childhood.
We're looking for a passionate, positive practitioner who can spark enthusiasm, nurture potential, and lead with heart. Someone who motivates through meaningful conversations, thoughtful organisation, and unwavering support.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our passionate team. You will lead a specific age group room, guiding and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
We are an enthusiastic team with the welfare and interests of the children at heart. Our passion is to ensure each child reaches their full potential within a loving, nurturing, safe, fun, exciting and stimulating environment.
You must be able to distribute warm hugs as required.
You must have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special and loved.
You will preferably have a little bit of quirkiness. If a child requests that you be the captain of a pirate ship, you will be the best pirate captain you can be.
The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.
Some knowledge of Frozen, Minions, Spiderman, Ariel, Peppa Pig, Thomas the Tank Engine and Sofia the First would be advantageous.
Possessing the skills required to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people is of utmost importance.
Pretending to eat playdough creations realistically is required, this is a skill that may develop with time and experience.
You must have the ability to read a ten page fairy tale with at least one interruption per page.
Authentically showing an interest in and curiosity for bugs and creepy crawlies is essential, even if they are your biggest fear on earth.
You must be prepared to have a lot of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day. To be a part of our Stables Family and embrace our craziness!
Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special, and important to many young children and their families knowing you will make a difference in these children's lives!
Our Vision
We exist to bring magic, awe, and wonder to every child's day. To nurture resilient, joyful, emotionally secure children who grow into the curious thinkers, creators, and leaders of tomorrow. Through inspiring environments and reflective, mindful practice, we foster a culture where every child feels valued, seen, and celebrated.
As a Practitioner, you won't just be part of the team -- you'll be a driving force behind this vision, helping to shape experiences that make lasting memories and ignite lifelong curiosity.
Our Mission
To create meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of children and their families by delivering unique, high-quality care with the child at the very heart of everything we do.
We're building a community where children, families, and practitioners feel a powerful sense of belonging and wellbeing. Where professional growth is embraced, ideas are celebrated, and passionate, reflective practice is the norm.
We strive to meet the ever-evolving, unique needs of every child -- creating opportunities for discovery, connection, and joy. Our team takes time to pause, play, observe, and engage with purpose, turning everyday moments into extraordinary learning experiences.
If you believe in the power of childhood magic, if you're driven to make a difference, and if you're ready to be part of something bigger -- we want to meet you.
