Due to an increase in numbers we require

a

level 3 or level 2 early years practitioner to join our team.

Our nursery is a home from home and offers a family environment for all children, parents and staff. We seek a passionate individual who has a drive to provide outstanding teaching and learning, day to day care and support to our children and families. Candidates must hold a level 3 or above childcare qualification for our nursery practitioner role .First aid, safeguarding children, food hygiene are desirable with full training given

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children of different backgrounds and abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other nursery practitioners
