Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team of our brand new setting situated on Clifton Fields.

I am seeking individuals with a passion for the curiosity approach and child lead learning to support this new setting and create a warm welcoming and outstanding setting.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. If you are passionate about early childhood education and have experience working with children, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the developmental needs of each child following in the moment planning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care
- Demonstrate leadership skills and act as a positive role model for children
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery setting

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide young learners
