We are recruiting for a

Nursery Practitioner

to work within our well led nursery based in the SE23 area. This role complements our growth and we are looking for an experienced

Nursery Practitioner

who is passionate and wants to make a real difference.

Duties include, but not limited to:

To Work with an ethos of respect and professionalism. Understand that each child is an individual and have a sound knowledge of childcare. To Take responsibility for each child's progress. Report on achievements and complete child development profiles on a weekly basis. Develop positive relationships with parents & guardians. Supervise children indoors and outdoors at all times. To ensure that the environments are inviting and resourced efficiently. Take responsibility for ensuring that planning is child focused. Be responsible for maintaining a stimulating and attractive nursery environment. Actively participate in nursery events such as parents evening, play and stay. Take responsibility for nursery resources.
