Orchard Day Nursery is delighted to be opening a BRAND NEW purpose built nursery in the new year. We are looking for fabulous Level 3 practitioners to join our team and support the children into our new setting, which is located across the road from our current nursery.

Summary

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met while supporting their development.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years. Create engaging and stimulating learning experiences tailored to individual needs. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Engage with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (Level 2 or above). Experience working with young children in a nursery setting. Strong understanding of child development and early years education principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team. Passionate about providing high-quality care and education.
