Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in . In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early educational experiences of our children, ensuring they thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive learning environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Contribute to the overall success of the nursery through teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential). Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (essential). Strong management and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of early childhood education principles (preferred). First Aid qualification (preferred).
