Nursery Practitioner / Deputy Room Leader - Lewisham, SE13

Location: Lewisham, London (SE13)
Salary: 28,000-29,000pa (depending on experience/qualification)
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round
Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 7.30am-6.30pm; 4-day week considered)

About Us

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner and/or Deputy Room Leader to join our nursery in Lewisham. You will provide high-quality care and education, delivering the EYFS curriculum tailored to children's individual needs. Plan fun, engaging activities both indoors and outdoors, foster strong relationships with parents, and watch children thrive in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and education to children Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS Be a key person for a group of children, supporting their development Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain strong parent partnerships Promote outdoor learning and inclusive practice
About You

Level 3+ Early Years qualification Previous Nursery Practitioner experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Team player with commitment to outdoor learning and inclusion Eligible to work in the UK
