About the Role:

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging setting where young children can explore, learn, and flourish. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment will help shape a positive and inspiring experience for every child in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education that meets each child's unique needs Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and creativity Plan and implement exciting, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Maintain accurate observations and assessments to support children's development Collaborate with your team to uphold the highest standards of care and practice Follow safeguarding policies and champion the wellbeing of all children

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and child development Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude A caring, patient, and positive approach to supporting young children A proactive attitude towards continuous professional development
