About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be a key member of our team, supporting children's development through engaging activities and play. You'll work closely with a supportive group of colleagues, building strong relationships with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that help children learn and grow Create a positive, caring environment for every child Work in partnership with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved Keep children safe, engaged, and happy throughout the day Observe, track, and celebrate each child's progress and milestones
About You:

Hold a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (or currently working towards it) A caring and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for working with children Strong communication skills and a team player mindset Familiarity with the EYFS framework is desirable A willingness to learn and develop in the role
