Job Overview:

We're seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive nursery team. You'll help create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing, high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that support children's curiosity and development. Observe and monitor children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Build warm and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a positive, supportive atmosphere. Follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children's wellbeing.

About You:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable. Good understanding of the EYFS and child development. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A caring, patient, and creative approach to working with young children. Commitment to providing the highest standards of care and early education.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
