Job Description

:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a dynamic nursery team. In this role, you'll support young children's early development and help create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

Key Duties:

Deliver high standards of care, learning, and play to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging activities that spark children's curiosity and development. Observe, assess, and record children's progress, adapting activities to their needs. Develop strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating nursery environment. Work collaboratively with the team to support children's wellbeing and early learning. Follow safeguarding policies and ensure children's safety and welfare at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. A good understanding of the EYFS framework and how young children learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive, caring, and patient attitude. A passion for providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
