Provide high-quality care and education to children in a safe, nurturing environment Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development Work effectively as part of a team to meet the individual needs of each child Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
Minimum
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
Proven experience
working in a nursery or childcare setting Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding policies Excellent communication and teamwork skills A passion for working with children and supporting their developmentBenefits:
