Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework Plan, prepare, and implement engaging activities that support children's development Observe, assess, and record each child's progress Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the team Ensure a safe, stimulating, and caring environment is maintained at all times Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting A genuine passion for working with children Excellent communication and teamwork skills A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to child developmentWhat We Offer:
