Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, child-focused professionals committed to delivering high-quality childcare and inspiring early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children's learning and development both indoors and outdoors Deliver engaging, inspiring practice that fosters curiosity and exploration Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a willingness to learn new skills Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment Build strong partnerships with children, parents, families, and external professionals

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or equivalent Excellent communication skills Solid understanding of the EYFS framework Experience supporting children with SEND is an advantage Creative and proactive in planning stimulating activities Proficiency in English Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
