Nursery Practitioner
Job Description
Total Tots Private Day Nurseries Lancaster & Morecambe are now recruiting for a Full/Part Time Nursery Practitioners Level 2 or above. Due to an increase in nursery numbers, lots of potential career development across all 3 settings from level 3 to level 5.
Hours between 30-40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours 7.30am -5.30pm. Term time options available.
POST REQUIREMENTS: To create a stimulating, safe and caring environment and provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children placed in the nursery. To plan and implement daily activities and routines that meet the needs and stages of development, appropriate to the age of the children together with your co-workers.
KEY PRINCIPLES OF THE POST ARE:
To interact with children at all times, at there appropriate age and stage of development.
To work with other team members
To liaise with parents
To ensure the environment is stimulating and challenging for all children
