Job Summary:

4 day working week
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our Preschool team at our vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing high-quality care and education.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to planning and deliver engaging activities suitable for children's development
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent childcare practices

Qualifications:

- Must have experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- Have a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare
- Possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrate leadership qualities to inspire and motivate others
- Fluent in English to communicate clearly with all stakeholders

Pay: 12.21-12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
